Quality of Life Indicator Survey Review

The United Way needed an assessment of indicators useful at the municipal level to prioritize action on social and environmental issues. I contrasted normative welfare indicators, life satisfaction indicators and descriptive social indicators including the UN’s HDI, Redefining Progress’ GPI and Federation of Municipalities QoL indicators.
